The Chinese Evergreen also known as Aglaonema, it is an easy plant to grow and care for. Native to Asia it just about tolerates any indoor condition. The larger leaves come with unique patterns that work with all types of planters and furniture.
Plant Care tips
- Lighting: This plant well-known for being a low-light plant. Place the plant in moderate to low indirect sunlight or artificial light.
- Temperature: The ideal temperature range is 65°F to 80°F (18° – 27°C). The lowest it can withstand is 60°F
- Fertilizing: Feed it at half the recommended strength every month throughout the spring and summer, every other month during the fall, and not at all during winter.
- Watering: Water whenever the top 1” (2.5 cm) of the potting mix is dry. Make sure the water drains out of the bottom of the pot when you are watering, you should then empty the saucer that the pot is in to avoid letting the plant stand in water.
