You can clearly see where this shrubby succulent gets its name! Right? It has thick fuzzy leaves that have 3 to 10 “teeth” at the end, similar to the paws of a bear. When “happily stressed,” the leaf tips turn a deep red.
Plant Care tips
- Lighting: These plants prefer bright indirect sunlight.
- Temperature: Ideally, it should be placed in the temperature range of 60° F to 80° F.
- Fertilizing: Feed monthly fertilization with a succulent fertilizer diluted to half-strength. Only fertilize succulents during the growing season, and don’t feed during winter.
Watering: Water only when the soil dries out. In summer, water the succulents every week or two. During winter, water infrequently—every month or even less.
