Don’t worry - We got you!  We are here for you, every step of the way to ensure your get the most out of this wonderful experience. Every plant leaving our greenhouse comes with detailed care instructions and helpful tips to allow you to become the best plant parent you can be. We are committed to responding within 24hrs, so feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram with any questions.


Your plant is safe! We have worked extensively on perfecting our box and packaging materials to ensure that the plants arrive safely. Even though we haven't had any issues so far, we are always working on fine-tuning and improving the shipping process. Our box is made in a way that ensures that the pot is centered and held in place to prevent movement within the box both horizontally and vertically.

Online Orders


We ship anywhere within the continental US for $10 on all order sizes. However, we provide Free Shipping on all orders that are $60 or more.


We accept various payment methods including credit card, debit card, Paypal, and Apple Pay.


Our shipping usually takes between 5 to 12 business days depending on where you are located


If you want to purchase 10 or more plants for a special event, workplace or just because you’re really into plants, awesome! We would love to help you with your order. Send us an email at info@cactifi.com and we will get back to you within hours with a response.


Each plant has its own character, color vibrancy and leaf pattern. With time and environmental factors each plant evolves its look many times during its lifetime. If you are unsure of the look of your plant please send us an email, along with photographs to info@cactifi.com and we will try our best to address any questions you may have.


Please let us know right away if your plant or pot are damaged. Send an email along with photographs and description to info@cactifi.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
